Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned when check-out has been cleared by housekeeping.
Do the condos have maid service?
Maid service is not provided for condos during your stay.
Bath towels are provided but not to be removed from condo.
Rules
- Not Responsible for valuables left in condo.
- Parking spaces correspond to your villa number. A $25 US dollar fee will be levied for parking in space not corresponding to your condo.
- After 10 p.m. all sound systems including occupants voices must be lowered.
- Do not hang wet garments out to dry on balconies.
- Jucuzzi and Pool areas are off limits after 10 p.m.
